Untiemydata.com (from hereon “we”, “us”) collects the necessary personal data to provide our service as well as device data via Cookies to show you relevant advertisement and for statistics to improve our websites and the service we deliver to you.

What data we collect and process

When signing up for our service, we collect more data to provide your our service of which most are not personal as it is company data, but it might include personal data such as date of birth, address, registration numbers, bank or card details.

We collect behavioural and technical data as provided by your web browser such as browser type, language and the address of the website from which you arrived and other traffic information such as IP address.

Access to personal data

You have the right to get access to the personal data we store about you and extract it. To use this right, please contact us as described in the section "Contact us".

Rectification

You have the right to have your personal data rectified. You can either edit this yourself through our systems by logging in or by contacting us as described in the section "Contact us".

Right to object

You have the right to object that we process your personal data. If you believe your data is inaccurate or it is no longer needed to serve the Purpose stated in this privacy policy and the law does not require us to store it, you can write us to update it or delete it as described in the section "Contact us".

Data security and retention

We take your trust in us very serious and secure your personal data according to the law and the generally accepted industry standards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other deviant processing of your data.

If the data processor is located outside of the EU, we will ensure that the DPA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or in the case that the data processor is located in the US, it is certified according to the EU/US Privacy Shield framework.

The police and other authorities may demand the handover of personal information. In these cases, we will only share data if there is a court order or other legal requirement to do so.

In case of mergers, acquisitions or divestiture of all or parts of our business, the acquirer, as well as its consultants, will obtain access to data managed by us which may include personal data. Before sharing any personal data, such external parties will enter into an NDA with us to protect your personal data.
